At La Torre Golf Resort you’ll find apartments, townhouses and detached villas, and each one calls for a different solution. In apartments we usually solve it with one or two well-placed splits. In villas, where there’s more floor space and a false ceiling, ducted air conditioning lets you condition the whole home evenly, with no units on show.

Ducted installation in villas and larger homes
Ducted air conditioning is hidden in the false ceiling and distributes air through grilles in each room. It’s the option we install most in the resort’s villas, where a single well-sized unit covers the whole home. It also allows zoning, so the upper floor isn’t conditioned when it isn’t being used.
Radiator heating and gas boilers
Heating at La Torre Golf Resort is by radiators connected to a gas boiler. We install and extend circuits, replace radiators that have lost performance, and balance the system when the heat doesn’t reach every room equally. In two-storey villas it’s common to have to readjust the circuit so the ground floor doesn’t take all the flow.
When the boiler is old and breakdowns keep recurring, we install condensing boilers, making use of the existing radiator circuit, with no added building work.
Boiler and air conditioning maintenance at La Torre Golf
On gas boilers we check combustion, circuit pressure, radiator bleeding and sealing. On air conditioning units, filter and coil cleaning, gas charge and the state of the drainage; on ducted installations we also check the distribution through the grilles. It depends on the floor area and the available false ceiling. In apartments and townhouses a multi-split usually makes sense; in villas, ducting. We assess it during the visit, with no obligation.
Can ducting be installed if the house is already built?
Yes, as long as there’s enough height in the false ceiling or one can be created in the hallways. During the visit we check whether it’s feasible and what minimal work it would involve.
How often should the boiler and air conditioning be serviced?
An annual check of the boiler and another of the air conditioning before the season of use. In homes that stay closed for months, that prior check prevents most breakdowns.
